Weight is the same but that is fine. I had a pretty good workout dancing and doing Wii Fit Plus.. I did pretty good with my Net carbs and just overall eating well.. I haven't detoured from my diet except I didn't realize I couldnt have banana peppers and I had a few on my salad yesterday.. OOps! but feeling good... slightly tired but feeln good! =)
202.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
