I am going out of town this weekend. The alcohol thing shouldn't be a problem because one of the friends that I am visiting doesn't drink. Eating on plan might prove to be a bit of a challenge though. I am still trying to figure out the line between crazy person and thin person when it comes to eating away from home. I don't want to be one of those crazy obsessive people that brings a cooler full of the right foods to eat. I do want to go away from the habits that I have though of using every trip out of town as a reason to eat like crap...
