I'm now at 188 lbs. I've been here before. Last month I tried being innovative and skipping breakfast. That wasn't sustainable. I got to 188 lbs and then started sliding into mid morning snacking. Very unhealthy. So this 188 lbs barrier, while not my goal, is important for me to break through. Also, I did really well at the Town Hall buffet yesterday. I walked right past the Egg McMuffin type sandwiches, avoided the pastries and made it to the end of the line and grabbed 2 pieces of melon and 3 strawberries. And incredibly enough, I felt fully satiated in 20-30 minutes. I'm really proud of myself. I look forward to reaching my 185 mini-goal and then setting my next goal.
