Tried to up my calorie intake yesterday, in hopes I'd see more of a drop....but nope...only lost a couple ounces...which leads me to believe it's just water. :\ I'm wondering if I should have more of an active rest day today, or a complete rest day, since I've been working out 2x a day. I usually do weights (Bowflex) in the evenings, but I'm thinking I might skip that today, and just do cardio and maybe 2-3 light weights right now. Ugh...I have NO IDEA what to do. And do I still increase my calorie intake today since I'm cutting back on workouts? I guess it's trial and error again...
127.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm wondering, are you expecting to see results on the scale every single day and believing you have to change something if you don't? As a young female, you are going to see weight fluctuations (from the hormonal cycles of menstruation) that you will have no control over. What you do one day may having nothing to do with what you see on the scale the next. If you are seeing a downward trend then you are doing just fine, even if it's up .5, down .3, up .6, down 1.5.
