another one bites the dust....lost another lb yesterday.....whoooohooooo! I am losing at a rate of 1 lb per day, I realize that will not continue but I'll take it for now. Wow, was the alcohol really causing my stalls? This is an eye opening experience for me! I will not let anything get in my way of losing weight and getting to my goal and staying there. Not food and certainly not alcohol. I'm feeling so good and this is my 4th day without...I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere...
