Mousy1109's Journal, 27 June 2016

Life has been crazy busy lately, so I haven't been on FatSecret for awhile. I have been constantly running for the past couple of weeks, so I have had very little time to do much of anything. I am, however, getting back to the basics. Although I did not record my weight for the past two Mondays (the 13th and the 20th), I did weigh in at 212 both times. This week shows that I am going back down, but I am still higher than I was 3 Mondays ago on the 6th.

I am a little concerned about my plateau this month. Although there was a week that I was not logging in my food journal, I know that I stayed pretty steady with my WOE plan. I haven't been walking as much lately, but I am still staying pretty active between the kids, church, and zumba. I also drink plenty of water (around 17 bottles a day lately, but always at least 10 bottles a day). I am hoping that my body is not getting too comfortable because I still have a long way to go.

The absence has been tough, but I am glad to be back! I can't wait to catch up with everyone and see how all my buddies are doing! :)

Disappointing increase, but is does get difficult at times. It will go, eventually.

Thanks Jocko! I am taking it all in stride. It is all part of living in the real world and learning to manage it. I have lost a lot in a very short period of time, so I am trying to remember to be accepting of both the ups and the downs. :)
