Shokolite's Journal, 19 January 2010

I am so proud of myself. My joints and muscles hurt due to a flare up but I did not give up. I walked in the morning for 20 minutes and I walked at lunch time for 25 minutes and then I walked at later for another 20 minutes. I did not give in to the pain and the chronic condition that I fight every day.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
