I have gained weight through switching plans in the beginning of this challenge but lost a few pounds in the week from where i had gained to so even though it will say i gained i am on the right track now and to me i lost because event though i didn't lose all i gained i lost 2 pounds of it and don't worry buddy the rest will be gone by the second weigh in
