As someone said--I have been on a diet for 14 days and all I have lost is 2 weeks---
no--actually, I have lost two pounds: exactly what I wanted to do--a pound a week :)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 January 2010:
1180 kcal Fat: 33.25g | Prot: 45.23g | Carb: 181.73g.   Breakfast: ambrosia, Chicken Parmigiana, toast, boiled egg, natural bran flakes, pop tart. Lunch: wheat bread. Dinner: black coffee, Crystal light, pasta , asparagus, meat loaf. Snacks/Other: snack well chocolate cookie, Chocolate Fudge Candies. more...
