Still holding at 310 - I am happy with my eating yesterday. But, I fear I am not eating enough. It's hard to judge since I am taking the Keto//OS which is burning energy for me and is a source of 'food/energy'. I'm not hungry .. and when/if I do get hungry, I eat. So, I am not starving myself. And when I eat, I eat high protein low carb.

Yesterdays diet was steak and 1/2 a pita out with Sean for lunch and then Troy's chicken for dinner (no tortilla). I had a couple of bites of ice cream afterwards, but it honestly didn't do much for me. (No depravation) ;)

I can honestly say that the Keto//OS has cured the sugar cravings .. It's the craziest thing.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 165.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might want to cut back on the protein, and add more fat. Excess protein will be converted to glucose, whereas fat will not.

Thank you for the feedback on protein! I hadn't heard that. This is all new to me and still have a lot of learning to do. :)

I am no expert on Keto, but I do know that for me, the added fat makes all the difference.
