now, i am a pessimist through and through, so even tho i weighed myself several times, i truly think that scale is waaaay off. so i hesitate to put in my new weight, but i will anyhow. i mean, if i get a chance to weigh on a different scale in the near future, i may be in for a shock, but for now, i will pat myself on the back and shall keep up with phase one. its been going well. i'm pretty used to it, mostly just wanted to get back into the habit of eating a wee bit better...less baked goods and chocolate bars ( my weaknesses for SURE ). i will likely only do this for a week, and then try to carry on with mostly watching my calories.
133.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weigh on the same scale, same time of day, with about the "same stuff on" - not much! lol =D I try to only weigh once a week and will NOT weigh if it's a different time of day or wearing more, etc. :) Good luck!

Im like bullytrouble, I also weigh at the same time every day, usually in the morning before I get dressed. I've seen before that I can go up as much as 3 pounds in one day, but back down the next a.m. Go figure. Best wishes to you!
