No loss this weigh in. Probably tomorrow and then I have to watch the week so I maintain that loss. But it's what I do. Happy Father's Day you guys.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
