First day and everything is going well. I think the majority of my weight loss is due to the fact that I actually put thought into what I ate rather than just picking what looked good at the time.
163.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week
