still following leangains
Had a high carb day on saturday 12/3
followed an even carb/protein split all week w/ lower carb .5-1g/lb on off days.
weight stayed the same and im coming off superdrol/epidrol.
going to go off leangains on w.o. days...
with leangains on off days continuing.
165.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
