making progress but need to find more ways to cook my vegetables that I can eat a lot of vets limited because I take a lot of blood thinners, alot of veg




making progress need to find out how u can fix vegetables in more interesting ways limited on what vegetables I can eat cause of having to take a lot of blood thinners.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
