Good Morning World!

Again .. Not sure if this was all water weight, but I will take the loss. It's still week 1 and I have been consistent with being mindful about what I eat and making sure to eat more protein and less carbs/sugars.
314.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 21.0 lb a week
