Not a good month. Or two months. No daily exercise I think is the reason for the weight to persist. I have continued to eat through the Easter chocolate but the Halloween chocolate didn't produce more weight.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
