Saturday... Rode 26 miles today on the W&OD with my husband. It was 43 degrees out when we started and only got up to 50. We rode at an average pace of 7.7 mph with a total trip time of 4 hours and 20 minutes, including the lunch stop. Wanting to get a better work out I took my heavy cruiser instead of my road bike.
