sugar droped yester day so i ate more than i should have going to drop my inslin a little so it wont drop that low any more but but a cople of lbs agin it will come back off agin have a great day
283.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
