Lower Waist: 33 (-3.75)(WOW)
Hips: 41 (-1.00)
Thigh: 23 3/4 (+.25)
Calf: 13 (+.25)

I had a double date w/ my BFF & our husband's last night. So know I over did it.
But to see 3 inches off my stomach I am so thankful!
I know I worked out hard and ate well!
Not going to beat my self up for the wt gain!
150.2 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
