I thought i would of lost a lot more than .2 kg.. I stick to my points(a bit under most days). I jog for 6 km on the treadmill, ride for 8 km on the bike and then take the dogs for a 2 km walk every afternoon!! I won't whine anymore though because i'm feeling great. Maybe i'm gaining muscle?? My clothes are feeling looser and people are noticing a weight loss.. Just wish the scales would recognise it..LOL....
220.0 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 54.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

I just joined the site! I see you joined a bit over a month ago, how do you like it!? I've never joined a web community before! i searched dogs in the key word search, to see if anyone else is working out, walking hiking etc with their pets, mines lost a few pounds along with me, how about yours? why is your wt. in kgs, are you live outside the US? good luck!!!!!! and keep up the great work! hope to see more progress to your 160 was it?!!
