Ending a period of intense travel. I feel like I've been reasonably good, so it's frustrating to see the weight climbing. however, i usually go for days without a bowel movement, which in turn seems to throw a number of other factors out of wack.

My goal is to stay under 1,750 Kcal / day and to drink lots of water.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
