Yesterday was very tough but I am happy that I was very successful- I did not eat anything while working in the Bojangles fried chicken booth. It smelled sooo good. I think what helped me was exercising first and then eating something healthy right before. Also even though I did not take the time to eat them - I brought healthy snacks.
