At my appointment today she said I'm 18 weeks, but I know I'm 15 weeks
I know I'm gaining weight faster than a healthy amount. My goal is to not gain more than 190 or 200lbs for sure because I don't think my joints will handle it well, and too much extra bodyfat will cause diabetes, since type 2 runs in my family.
I did 22 lunges on each leg since I won't be leaving work til 2. 5 hours til the gym and I am used to working it off but now I don't use as many calories as I used to.
My main goal is to be healthy, eat healthy, but I need to becareful to not overeat all the time, because it's not consuming much in terms of calories at this point.
