Well, I'm still injured which means no exercise. After a weekend with the parents visiting and eating like a QUEEN, I'm getting back on track this week. Gonna log my food, track those macros, and drink LOTS of water. Was down 4 lbs before my parents came. Let's do this!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
