So once again weighing in on the old analog scale, (should get a new digital tomorrow), seems like it might be in the ball park. I was pretty good yesterday maybe less active than the day before, but ate well under my allotted calories for the day, was kinda hard, had an orientation teachers meeting with a free snack bar, brownie bites were featured, but I stuck to a few grapes and a couple slices of cheese, for me that was a whole bunch o' self control. Brownie Bites do rock! Thanks in advance for all your collective support everyone, this site keeps me mindful of my diet!
