I weighted myself at least 7 times to make sure the scale was not playing a joke on me. It was a good morning. Hope to keep it up I was happy to see 1 1/2 pounds off of me.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
