i pigged out last night, and my Friday & Saturday entries are totally screwed up. the Saturday entries were on Friday and i tracked nothing on Saturday.
340.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 140.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
