yesterday i was a little piggie but i did work out today im back on it and hoping these .6 lbs ive gained was jus a lil weight for it being that time. i would love to lose one lb by the weekend and be at 145 and if i do thatll be the first time in my adult life. i started a new workout yesterday hopefully its effective its that 4 minute workout because with finals coming up i have so little time
