well went to the doc yesterday and he said that i had lost 20 lbs sence i seen him last to i am proud of my self and he took me off one of my shots so thats good well have a great day
283.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
