Well, I THOUGHT I was watching what I ate yesterday, but apparently, not. See, this is why I'm scared to get excited about a weight loss, because I just gain it back the next day. :(
132.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Short term weight fluctuations are normal, don't let it get you down. Over the longer term is where real results are measured, you might consider averaging your weight over the course of a week or more if you're weighing daily. Then you can evaluate things better and adjust what you're eating if needed. Hang in there with it!

I weigh daily, but only track it here once a week. Easier to see the overall trend that way.

Look at that bump up as taking a 40cm step back to prepare for another 2m leap forward. Positive thinking helps a lot.
