I haven't been doing very good because i gained some weight since i last weighed in. I did pretty well during the thanksgiving holiday because i didn't gain anymore weight then what i was before the feast. I need to start paying more attention to what i eat and making sure that i get a little exercise in every day when if it's just walking up and down the stair a couple times. I am trying a new tactic. I'm going to check the days that i eat good and if i do good for a whole week I'm to buy myself a little something like a nail polish or eye liner i think that will help me stay motivated on this journey
