I'm kind of frustrated that I've been breaking out so much on my face. I guess it's the exercise and sweat and all the skim milk products. I read that drinking skim milk is worse for your skin than say 2% or whole. Plus I've had intestinal issues (gas) from eating so many darn vegetables, i don't know how vegetarians do it.
