i have failed at both of the toning challenges, i am going to start doing that again today though. i have not been feeling very well and not had a lot of time but i will start back on it today because maybe that will help me feel better.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
