I have been on this diet for almost a month now and have only lost 5lbs, fluctuating weight over the last week. I keep waking up in the middle of the night hungry, and an constantly tired.

It's so hard not to sound bossy when writing these responses, but here goes. From my experience all those Atkins products will stall your weight loss – look at the contents, they contain pretty much everything that you are advised not to eat. Let's be honest, they're just another form of processed food (and relatively expensive too). Secondly and v. sadly, I found that sugar free jello and cream caused me to gain weight. It's hard at first to go without sweet treats, but induction is only for two weeks and the weight loss makes up for those feelings of deprivation and you may find that you lose your sweet tooth anyway.
