Okay. I'm a little relieved today to have lost weight.
110.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1497 kcal Fat: 46.49g | Prot: 65.52g | Carb: 210.13g.   Breakfast: Hummus, Spinach, Katz Gluten Free Glazed Chocolate Donut, Green Tea, Orange Juice. Lunch: Great Value Hamburger Dill Chips Pickles, Green Leaf Lettuce, Chick-fil-A Sweet Potato Fries (Medium), Turkey Burger, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Dinner: Grape Juice, Spinach, Pamela's Figgies and Jammies, Beef and Noodles with Tomato-Based Sauce (Mixture). Snacks/Other: Bananas, Coffee with Sugar. more...
