Hi All,
I am currently in ketosis according to the stick that you pee on, at a medium level.
Joining this group "Ketosis easy does it fasting" should help me to stay on track, as I have been really determined, but now that I am not feeling the best, I am not very motivated. I think that I have been through the keto symptoms a week or so ago, as I was so thick in the head one day that I just could not think. I feel like this is an actual type of cold this time.
