Dramatic shift in weight probably due to having vegetarian lunches at work every day. Sweet potato/jacket potato with just salad and some salad cream. Switched to dark chocolate if I have any cravings. I don't drink anything but water (when not at the pub!) Walking has decreased but I tend to still walk 3 miles per day. Pleased with progress as it's natural, I haven't needed to put any thought into it really apart from choosing water over everything else - also I have been able to eat sweet things when the mood strikes without any guilt!
Will probably reach plateau soon, if I haven't already. Next step: cutting out the spontaneous chocolate cravings!
Its unlikely I will reach goal weight by July. I mean this realistically, not downheartedly. I will however feel happier in my shorts and things - I've tried them on and already feel much better - that is a better feeling then reaching some numeric goal!
