I haven't added to my food diary in the past few days because I went on an emotional binge. I can't pinpoint what was wrong, I just know all week I was very angry and depressed, and that culminated into 3 full days of bingeing like food was never going to exist again. I've paid the price for it by gaining 6 full pounds, but it's back to eating properly again today, so hopefully those pounds will come off soon.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
