Did have Steak n Shake one night - I don't know. I also started going to the pool a couple of night s week - I don't know if I am gaining muscle or just not losing?
226.1 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 76.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
