was pretty good at wings n more - grilled chicken, rice, veggies. few onion rings and french fries, 1 chicken strip. Stayed same weight.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
