another day another drop will this stay or will i gain tomarow but i did lose even after the gain think it is water weight when i gain usuly after i eat a little more salt than im use to well as long as i keep going down a little when i do lose have a great day
286.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
