3 #'s down :) I'll take it. I think I can finally stick to this. I can see the changes slowly coming. I sure didn't get fat overnight. Not gonna lose it overnight either. I am looking forward to my daughter's high school graduation now. I always hated getting my picture taken and I don't want to ruin it for her. 3 weeks to drop some more until the happiest day of my life. I am so proud of her :)
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
