Missed a weigh in @ 219 so this weigh in isn't as dramatic as it seems, but it is a nice drop from yesterday. I was finally able to do a full fast day and it went pretty OK I suppose. Wifey and I were discussing our hunger and energy levels throughout the day and we are coming to the conclusion that the HCG fast may not be as...effective... as we had previously believed. Placebo effect comes to mind, HOWEVER, yesterday was only one day, not 40 consecutive. I suppose only time will tell.
217.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
