What to say, I'm a slow learner when it comes to following Weight Watchers. While "no food is a no no" I have trouble stopping when I start eating my "red light" or "red flag" foods. If I can detox my body from sugar I will be better equipped to start my weight loss journey again after almost two years at WW.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
