So I decided to join in the 16:8 IF and what an eye opener in 3 days I've lost 0.6kg and the good thing is I don't have time to make breakfast in the mornings anyways so this was kinda a nice excuse. I read up about this a lot and I'm happy you are allowed to do is as many times as you can so I'm planning to do it for weekdays and if I can pull it off on weekends I will. I'm happy with this I think I will keep at it cos I love coffee in the mornings so it's not so bad. So glad I joined this platform 🙌
188.3 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

It's good that you have done your homework to read about 16:8 and its benefits. Once you are comfortable with it, try combining 4:3 with it as they go really well together :)
