Whoop Whoop Whoop all to intermittent fasting and eating all the healthy foods. I admit I haven't been 100 % eating good but limiting sugar and carbs seems to be working .
176.4 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.1 lb a week
