my newest lowest weight....yeaa [today, Thu Jan 14 2010]
I know it is not Sat. yet, but had to share my trend is still in correct direction.

212.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
