I am happy with this increase. In the last 3 weeks my father died and I attended my sisters wedding. A funeral and wedding but only 2 pounds in crease. I have started working out 5 days during this time. I workout for and hour and a half. weights every other day. I give this credit for the gain of only 2 pounds. I hope if I continue that I will start to lose.
I think I need to be realistic and shoot for 290s. According to the docs and my blood work I am extremely healthy text book in everything but my weight so I can't figure this out.
