I had to visit the doctor this week and he actually said I was looking good! He could tell I had lost weight and that was great. He didn't give me medicine! I am soooo happy. I am looking forward to this week and getting my workouts in and eating good food not just good tasting poison...And biggest loser this week was a tear jerker to say the least. Okay, Good week to everyone!
201.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
